How to Order a Repeat Prescription
Please wait for up to 5 working days for us to process your prescription requests before collecting them from your nominated pharmacy.
Add extra time for weekends and bank holidays.

Ways to order
- Use the NHS App - The quickest and easiest way to request a repeat prescription is through the NHS App.
- Use our online platform Klinik
- In person - visit to the surgery and submit your request in the prescription box at the reception.
- By post - send it with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
- Via the pharmacy - Set up with your pharmacy to order on your behalf.

Medication Queries
Please get in touch with the surgery to raise a query about your medication.
Repeat prescription queries are normally reviewed by the duty doctor every day.
Other medication queries can either be made via Klinik or, if urgent, by telephone (and it will be clinically triaged by the duty doctor)
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see the appropriate clinician usually a doctor or clinical pharmacist, at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you have your annual blood tests done and book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
